More of a method than a recipe, we offer this simple way with rice.
Serves 4-6 people
Prep: 10 min • Ready in: 10 min
In a pan with a tight fitting lid, sauté the dill and onion in 2 tbs. olive oil for 3 minutes.
Add the rice and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Add the boiling water and the salt, mix and cover the pan, turn the heat to the lowest setting and cook for 20-45 minutes depending on the type of rice used. Fluff the pilaf with a fork and serve it forth.
