Greens Goddess Dressing

Turn a simple green salad into a satisfying meal with this flavorful dressing.


Serves 6–8 people

  • One ounce of each of
    Chervil, chives and tarragon washed, dried and leaves removed from stems and chopped fine
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 6 – 8 mini romaine hearts washed, dried and cut longwise into 4-6 spears


Prep: 15 min • Ready in: 15 min

Place chopped herb leaves olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper into a clean jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously to combine.

Arrange romaine spears on a platter and pour dressing over them.

Served with Roan Mills bread and a glass of refreshing white wine this simple dish makes a satisfying lunch.
