For this light salad we use Kenter Canyon Farms Grower’s Choice salad greens which is a blend of whole leaf mini Romaine, whole leaf radicchio and whole leaf arugula.

Ready in:
Arrange salad greens in a large bowl and sprinkle with the salt. Drizzle the greens with the olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice and toss to combine.
