Marjoram Grilling Sauce

Grilled foods are raised to new heights when this sauce is brushed over them near the end of the cook time and again just before serving.


Makes about 2 cups and extra will keep in fridge for a week.

  • 1 bunch Kenter Canyon Farms organic marjoram chopped fine
  • 1 bunch Kenter Canyon Farms organic parsley chopped fine
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped fine
  • A pinch of sea salt, red pepper flakes and fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil


Prep: 10 min • Ready in: 10 min

Combine chopped herbs, garlic and seasonings with the white wine vinegar and steep for 2 hours.

Add the olive oil and spoon this sauce on grilled foods towards the end of cooking time and just after removing them from the grill.
