This classic version of pesto sauce is delicious served atop Roan Mills whole grain pastas or used as a sandwich spread in place of the usual mayonnaise and mustard.


Serves 4-6 people

  • 2 cups Kenter Canyon Farms Organic Basil leaves washed and dried
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in food processor and grind into a paste.
