A quick fix when prepared with Roan Mills Pizzoccheri, the deep color and flavor of the buckwheat complement the smoked bits of orange salmon, green onion and fresh Kenter Canyon Farms dill.
Serves 4-6 people
Prep: 5 min • Cook: 5 min • Ready in: 10 min
Bring salted pasta water to boil and drop in the Pizzoccheri. Cook 5 minutes and remove to a bowl using a pair of tongs and a wire skimmer.
Meanwhile heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the salmon, herbs and green onion. Cook 5 minutes and toss with the pasta, add salt and a little freshly ground pepper and serve it forth.
