This method can be used with any herb but we find tarragon to be especially delicious. Use the flavored butter on pasta, roasted vegetables, grilled foods and sandwiches.

Melt the butter in a non reactive pan and add the tarragon, keep the heat on low and allow the mixture to steep for five minutes before turning off the heat. Strain the butter and use melted or solid as needed.
