This simple method can be used with any herb but we find tarragon especially delicious. Use the flavored vinegar in salad dressing, soups and over grilled foods.
Serves many people
Prep: 5 min • Ready in: 48 hr
Pour vinegar into 1 quart jar with the bunch of tarragon. Cover the top and allow to infuse at room temperature for several hours or up to 2 days. Strain the vinegar and return flavored vinegar to original bottle. Keeps at room temperature for months.
