Thyme, Garlic and Lemon Soup

This soup has a strong flavor that supports and invigorates digestion. Depending on your choice of stock it can be vegetarian/vegan friendly.


Serves 4-6 people

  • 2 quarts flavorful stock
  • 1 bunch thyme leaves removed from stems, reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds with seeds removed, reserve a slice to garnish each serving
  • Salt to taste


Prep: 15 min • Cook: 45 min • Ready in: 1 hr

Combine ingredients in in reactive pan and simmer over low heat hot one hour. To serve, strain broth, serve in hot bowls and sprinkle the reserved thyme and slice of lemon onto each.
